Service Delivery Policy

Secondwind Marketing provides digital and creative services only. No physical goods are shipped. This policy explains how our services are delivered.

1. Mode of Delivery

All deliverables (animations, videos, ad creatives, designs, reports) are delivered electronically via email, cloud storage links (such as Google Drive) or directly on the agreed platforms.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Order confirmation is sent by email within 24 hours of successful payment.
• Starter projects: first draft within 5–7 working days.
• Production projects: first draft within 10–21 working days depending on scope.
• Monthly marketing packages: work begins within 3 working days and continues throughout the billing month.

Timelines begin once payment and all required material from the client are received.

3. Delays

If a delay occurs on our side, we will inform you by email with a revised timeline. If we are unable to deliver, a refund will be made as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Service Area

We serve clients across India and internationally, as all services are delivered online.
